Project Manager (Eatontown, NJ)

Responsibilities: Plan and oversee residential remodeling projects, including kitchen and interior renovations, from planning through completion. Establish project timelines, material needs, and cost estimates, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and design expectations are met. Conduct site visits and client check-ins to provide updates and address issues. Procure cabinetry, fixtures, and related materials and track delivery schedules to prevent delays. Maintain project records, review vendor invoices and change requests, and prepare internal status summaries. Provide guidance and training support to junior staff as assigned.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
Rate of Pay: $102,500 per year.
